본 연구는 인문학 중심 신체활동 프로그램의 참여 동기가 만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사 분석하였다. 이를 위해 충주문화원에서 프로그램에 참여한 만 40세 이상 성인 78명에 대하여 참여 동기 척도와 만족도 척도를 활용하여 설문하고, 결과를 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS ver.25.0을 이용하여, 평균분석, t-test, ANOVA, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 참여 동기 요인 중 취미오락형, 자기계발형은 심리적 만족, 신체적 만족, 교육적 만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 취미오락형, 사교지향형은 사회적 만족에 유의미한 영향 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 참여 인원수 부족 및 지역적 한계를 지니고 있으나 인문학 중심 신체활동 프로그램의 참여 동기와 만족도의 관계에 대한 기초정보를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 기초로 하여 프로그램에 대한 참여 동기와 만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 찾는 노력이 필요하다.

This study investigated and analyzed the effects of physical activity motivation on satisfaction. For this purpose, we surveyed 78 people over 40 years of age who participated in the Cultural Center using the motivational scale and satisfaction scale. For data analysis, SPSS ver. 25.0 was used for average analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that hobby entertainment and self-development had significant effects on psychological, physical, and educational satisfaction, and hobby entertainment and social orientation had a significant effect on social satisfaction. Although there was a shortage of participants and regional limitations, information on the relationship between the motivation and satisfaction of the humanities physical activity was found. On the basis of this study, efforts are needed to find ways to increase motivation and satisfaction in physical activity.
